Interviewed by Sportitalia, AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi has declared about 27 year old defender Thiago Silva: "We have not changed our mind, because there was not the intention to sell him, but some extraordinary offers from PSG. We have told them right away that we had not made any definitive decision, but that we were going to decide after listening their offers and evaluating if on the market there was a valid substitute. They have offered us 46 millions, we have taken a look to the center forwards available but we haven't found anything interesting, so my heart has told me to refuse such offer".
