Portuguese international offensive midfielder Joao Moutinho (25), already tracked by Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain and Inter, has been targeted by Tottenham as well. Next Spurs manager André Villas-Boas is in fact about to ask the club to replace the leaving one Luka Modric with him, currently on a deal with Porto until June 2015 and set with a 40 million euros releasing clause.
