Bayern Munich coach Jupp Heynckes has declared about the possibility to sign Athletic Bilbao 24 year old defensive midfielder Javi Martinez: "We are still interested in the player. Javi Martinez is evaluated between 20 or 23 million euros. We are ready to pay these amounts if there will be accepted. I know well the Basque mentality, and it's normal that he has said that he wants to remain until the end of his contract".
