The defender Yuto Nagatomo is back in Europe with Inter, with a goal and with his usual smile. His grin rose as he recalled his own words from a few days ago: "I said that I'd have to do a lot of running - that was my job and I did it. But I also managed to do what I hoped for, which was to score a goal. I'm happy and I want to keep going like this all season. This is the Europa League but you're still up against quality opposition: they made us work hard for it but we dug deep. This is the way forward."
