Interviewed by Sky Sport, Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti has confirmed to have renounced to Sao Paulo attacking midfielder Lucas Moura: "We could have never made such an offer. In any case there are no regrets, the amounts were already too high. PSG's offer is out of any logic, 45 million for us would have been something umbereable. PSG are starting a new cycle and they must build a team".
