The Argentine striker Erik Lamela, spoke to the press after this morning's training session in Irdning.
WHAT ZEMAN WANTS
The coach always explains what he wants us forwards to do during games. I'm working a lot on that. There might be a few movements we haven't quite got the hang of yet but that's normal. He wants us to play facing the goal and we're trying to do that. That's why I often look to cut inside with the ball. I think we can achieve big things together and we can cause problems for teams by playing the way he wants us to up front.
ZEMAN'S 4-3-3 VS LUIS ENRIQUE'S 4-3-3
Is Zeman's 4-3-3 different to Luis Enrique's? Of course it is: every coach has his own way of seeing football, that's only natural. One difference with the new coach is that we try to get the ball forward more quickly.

EXPECTATIONS
What do I expect from the coming year? I think we have a very good team with great players and we'll do well this term. I'm hungry for success, as are all my team-mates. We're determined to have a big season. Do I feel the weight of responsibility because of my high transfer fee and because Sabatini has heaped a lot of praise for me? No, I don't. I want to do things well this year along with the whole team. I'll going to do my best to repay the club and Sabatini for the faith they've shown in me. Am I a world-class player? I don't know about that. I'm just concentrating on working hard in training and giving my all.
POSITION
How do I find it playing in a wide attacking role? I like it, I think I can play there. I think all the forwards in this squad have the ability to do a good job in that position. I'm convinced that we have a top-class attack and hopefully we can all do our jobs well up there.
IMPROVEMENT
How can I improve on last season? By hitting the target more often and setting up more goals for my team-mates. But I also want to improve my all-round game. What have I improved over the last month? My fitness – I feel that's definitely come on. But we've all improved our fitness and that's another reason why I'm sure we'll give a good account of ourselves in Serie A this year. I think I've developed the tactical side of my game too: that's one of the more difficult things to get to grips with in Italian football.
TOTTI
Totti's role under Zeman? He can play anywhere he wants along the front line because he's a class above the rest.
NEWCOMERS
Have I been surprised by the new players? Yes, I've positively surprised by all of them. They're training very hard and I think they're all in good shape physically.
