A.C. Milan announce that Didac Vilà has undergone an operation to resolve an athletic pubalgia problem. The surgery took place in Barcelona and was carried out by Professor Ramon Cugat with Rossoneri doctor Stefano Mazzoni. Following the successful procedure, the player is expected to be sidelined for eight weeks if there are no complications.
