Interviewed by L'Equipe, Montpellier defender Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa has declared: "The president has told me that there is an agreement for my transfer. AC Milan have made an attempt, but their offer have been refused. Since then I understood that it was going to be difficult to leave. Also Arsenal have tried to sign me, but I was focused on something else, and I am upset about things with Milan have gone. The president is our chief, and we must respect him".
