Latics have signed former Everton striker Jose Baxter on a four-month deal.  The 20-year-old has been training with Latics for the last week.  Baxter, who will have the No 20 squad number, will feature for the first time tomorrow when Latics play Notts County at Boundary Park.  The player left Everton in the summer after rejecting their offer of a new two-year contract because of his desire to play regular first-team football.
