UDINESE, Di Natale: "It feels great to be on Golden Ball list"

Satisfaction, a lot of satisfaction (and couldn’t be otherwise) for Udinese captain Antonio Di Natale who is one of the six Italians in the shortlist for the 2012 Golden Ball. The recordman has confessed all his joy to Udinese Channel in exclusive.

“It is an honour and a great satisfaction – Di Natale said -. Last year I was among the first 50, after a whole career, and this means that I have done well in these years. To win? Frankly, it’s impossible, but being matched with Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Buffon, Balotelli and Marchisio is a great acknowledgment. I think the award should go to Ronaldo this year, Messi has already won several times, but we’ll see. A dedication? To the club, my mates and all the Friulian fans”.

And Francesco Guidolin is on the Football managers Golden Ball shortlist.
“The coach has shown to be one of the best – Totò said – after two years on top. I’m really happy for him, after so many years of career, and we hope to make him even happier with our performances”.
