Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho has declared about former executive Jorge Valdano: "Nobody here knew who Khedira was; the persone in charge didn't know the player, I can assure you. We didm't know that his contract was about to expire and that we could have signed him for a low amount. And nobody knew that Ozil had some problems with Werder, so we paid him 15 million euros".
