Here’s some of what Kevin Constant had to say to the Milan Channel yesterday:

"The coach has placed his trust in me. At the start, space was hard to come by. I want to make the most of this chance. I’m always available for the team and whenever I get the chance to play, I try and give 100% but the important thing is that the team manages to climb the table. When you’re not always playing it’s not easy to keep your levels high but in these last few games when I’ve played a bit, I’m starting to get into better shape and I hope to continue on this road”.

“I knew that the coach was going to ask me to play full back; we talked about it and in training I was playing in that position, so I expected it. It changes nothing for me, I just try to give my all. I like playing full back and I know I can do well. After that, the coach makes his choices and I respect that. When I play it’s up to me to give my best. We work well in training before changing the formation and we speak with the coach. We try the formations in training and if it works in training we do it during the games as well. Now the main objective is to climb the table and then we’ll think of third place. We have to win against Chievo. We have to focus on ourselves and on doing well”.
