EXCLUSIVE : AJAX, Marc Overmars : "One day El Ghazi will go to Milan"

After the game between the Arsenal legends and the AC Milan glorie in London, Ajax Amsterdam sporting director Marc Overmars confessed that Milan made a move for the rising Anwar El Ghazi in January.

" Yes, it is true Milan wanted him. But no agreement was found."

When asked whether this would change in future and if the winger will join the Lombards, he said " One day yes..."

The Dutchman of Moroccan descent could extend the list of players who moved from Amsterdam to Milan after Van Basten, Kluivert, Reiziger, Bogarde, Davids and Emanuelson.
