ARSENAL & LIVERPOOL scouting a young Port Vale defender

According to Daily Star, English centre-back Nathan Smith (20), offering an outstanding seasonal performance for League One side Port Vale, is being scouted by both Arsenal and Liverpool envoys. Currently on a deal with Valiants until June 2019, the 1996-born player hasn't however collected a single cap in any English youth national team.
