Interviewed by Italian website LaLazioSiamoNoi.it, Pablo Bentancur, agent of Uruguayan-Spanish defensive midfielder Lucas Torreira (20), recently linked to a possible winter move out from Sampdoria, to Lazio or FC Seville, stated: "I can't say much about rumours regarding Lazio, but I think there's some truth, to a degree, in them. I can however disclose we are in talks with Sampdoria on a contract renewal. We've already met the club, and I think the could be moving somewhere, but not before a new deal is penned. He wants to grow and improve in his football career. We look with favour at a move to Lazio, since we are talking about an high profile club, but there are many Serie A clubs keen on him". To this end, Lazio have already drawn some strategies (as detailed before: http://www.transfermarketweb.com/?action=read&idsel=182352).
