Asked by Fox Sports Brasil about rumours linking him to a winter move to São Paulo, former Brazilian international defensive midfielder Felipe Melo (33), possibly leaving Inter Milan soon, stated: "I'm still on a deal with Neroazzurri a year and a half long, and it's hard to talk about the future now. I'm happy here in Italy, for the time being. São Paulo? I only had some preliminary talks with them, and their director of football, Marco Aurelio Cunha, praised me in an interview; so far, however, there's nothing more". Former Juventus, Fiorentina and Galatasaray player has been linked to Flamengo and Valencia too.
