According to Sky Sport Italia, Moroccan winger/half-forward Adel Taarabt (27), coming from some very negative seasons, is likely to join Genoa, on a long-term loan (lasting until June 2018) from Benfica. Stuck in Portuguese giants B squad, the player, currently on a deal with Águias until June 2020, had been recently linked to Pescara as well. Equipped with a French additional passport, Taarabt has already collected a valuable experience in Serie A football, playing for AC Milan in 2013/14 second half.
