Linked to a Barcelona FC scouting in October, former English international right-back Glen Johnson (32), according to Sky Sports UK, has been targeted by West Ham. Playing for Stoke City since 2015/16, and currently on a deal with Potters until June 2017 (including a further year extending option), former Liverpool and Chelsea player, started his career in Hammers, in development and, as a pro, in 2001/02 and most of 2002/03 (except for a short-term loan at Millwall, dating back to October and November 2002).
