Since getting Leonardo Bonucci from Juventus proved to be not possible, at least for the time being, Manchester United manager José Mourinho, determined to add a defensive top player, in order to pursue Premier League top ranking and victory, is planning a substantial cash offer in order to sign Greek international centre-back Kostas Manolas (25) from AS Roma, according to UK sources. An about 50 million euros bid might get talks with Italian club started.
