While Manchester United management are tracking him hard, Chelsea top brass are planning to swoop in and try signing French defensive midfielder Tiemoué Bakayoko (22), soon to be debuting in senior national team.  Ivorian-descented player is currently on a deal with AS Monaco until June 2019, and is tracked by Juventus. If Ligue 1 decide to have an auction for him started, the fee request will amount to about 45 million euros.
