AC MILAN - Montella wants to bring AS Roma icon DE ROSSI in

18.04.2017 16.17 by Claudio Colla  read 872

A player for AS Roma all his career long so far, as well as a main icon one, Italian international hafl-back/centre-back Daniele De Rossi (33), according to Tuttosport, has been targeted by his long-time teammate Vincenzo Montella for an AC Milan move. If not being signed on a new contract by Giallorossi (something which might however still happen), Capitan Futuro ("Captain Future", nickname due to Francesco Totti being in the squad, and being its captain, all De Rossi's career long) will leave as a free agent. To this end, Major League Clubs are ready to welcome him, and offer him a gold mine salary-wise. Due to his deep tie with AS Roma supporters, De Rossi might very much refuse the chance to join a different Serie A club from the start.
