After turning in his best performance of the season, Barcelona captain Andres Iniesta expressed his happiness with now things are going at present.

Following their Supercopa de Espana defeats against Real Madrid in El Clasico, the Blaugrana have won every game since in all competitions. The latest came when Iniesta masterminded them to a clinical 3-0 victory over Juventus in the Champions League on Tuesday night and he also touched on the speculation surrounding when he could pen a new contract.

"If the team works well, then we are all pleased and everyone does better. I'm happy both as an individual and for the team," Iniesta told TV3. "It is always difficult to win like that against such a strong opponent. They had very few chances and we played a great game throughout. There is no news on my renewal though, if there was you would know about it. All that worries me is what happens on the field. I want to be happy when things do well and I am. I'm happy about how everything is working out."
