According to UK local news, Crystal Palace management, while Eagles are living a terrible moment (7 defeats in 7 Premier League played so far, with no goals scored and 17 conceded), are planning to submit Besiktas a 25 million euros winter bid, in order to get Turkish international striker Cenk Tosun (26) signed. Currently on a deal with twice-in-a-row Süper Lig reigning champions until June 2019, the German-born player is tracked by Newcastle and Tottenham as well.
