According to South Wales Evening Post, Swansea City are planning to bring Welsh international playmaking midfielder Joe Allen (27) back. Allen left Swans back in summer 2012, for joining Liverpool, and has now been playing for Stoke City for nearly a year and a half. Currently on a deal with Potters until June 2021, the 1990-born playmaker might be tempted by the chance to join back his homegrooming club.
