Inquired by Estadio Deportivo about Ganso's (28) fate, his agent, Giuseppe Dioguardi, stated: "I asked Sevilla for them to grant us an immediate resign. I told them Paulo Henrique's talent and skills speak volumes about how much of a big-time professional he is, and how he can be a Liga A-list player. He just needs to play regularly, and fans support this guess as well. But the club clearly think otherwise". Playing for Andalusian side since summer 2016, Ganso has so far never been called up by Vincenzo Montella, training Rojiblancos since the last days of 2017. Former São Paulo and Santos player is allegedly tracked by as much as 7 Brazilian clubs, as well as by Fenerbahçe and Sporting Lisbon.
