CHELSEA trying to hijack JORGINHO's move to City before signing Sarri

Before signing Maurizio Sarri for good, while the team started training camp under Antonio Conte, Chelsea are planning to be the one getting in Italian international playmaking midfielder Jorginho (26), who has agreed to join Manchester City instead for a long time. While Napoli have basically said yes to City €55m bid, plus 7-8€m as add-ons, Blues offered Italian giants €60m clean. The week just started might unleash important developments on Brazilian-born player, as well as on London club managing situation.
