While Chelsea aren't at the time unable to channel money abroad, due to owner of theirs, Roman Abramovich, being in trouble with British government due to the so-called "Skripal affair" and the subsequent tensions between UK and Russia, Ivorian international deep-lying playmaker Jean Michaël Seri (turning27 next July 19), recently tracked by Blues, is now being approached by Borussia Dortmund, planning to hand Nuri Sahin out and replace him with OGC Nice star. With a 40 million euros request set upon him, Seri has been linked to a big amount of European front-row clubs, including Liverpool, Barcelona FC, Napoli, and AS Roma.
