After having been very close to join Manchester City, Italian international playmaking midfielder Jorginho (26), leaving Napoli anyways, on an about 60 million euros fee, is about to be signed by Chelsea instead. Blues are likely to announce both Brazilian-born player and their new boss, Maurizio Sarri, who talked the player into following him to London, shortly.
