Asked by Radio Marte about rumours having Torino rising star and Italian U21 international winger Simone Edera (21) possibly move to Napoli soon, former Parma player's agent, Beppe Galli, stated: "He's fine with playing for Toro ("The Bull"). Mazzarri is lining up a different game plan for last season's one, that's true, and Simone did have the chance to leave last summer, but he eventually decided to stay put. He's waiting for his big chance to turn up, and sometimes you just need the right game for turning the tables on team hierarchy. That's one of the beauties of football". Edera is currently on a deal with  Granata until June 2023.
