NEWCASTLE boss BENITEZ: "I do want to stay put, but the club's keeping on going after me"

Asked by Sky Sports UK about his future, Newcastle-based or away from Magpies, Spanish boss Rafa Benitez stated: "When we talk about my own future, that's necessarily linked to Newcastle one. And they'll keep on after I leave, that's for sure. If we buy some players, they'll be part of the club after me as well. That said, I do want to stay. I'm happy about being in England, and with getting such warmth from our fans. Now we need to win some games before winter break, and climb some ranking position". Former Inter Milan, Napoli, Chelsea, Liverpool and Real Madrid trainer joined St. James' Park in March 2016.
