WERDER, Update on Ozil

According to German media sources, Werder Bremen attacking midfielder Mesut Ozil will renew his contract until June 2012.

In the meantime, the club's sporting director Klaus Allofs has told Bild today : "I cannot talk about these things publically, but there is a chance for Ozil to renew his deal with us".
