INTER, Stankovic set to have surgery

Following further tests, and with the backing of the club, coach, and medical staff (led by Professor Franco Combi), F.C. Internazionale announces that Dejan Stankovic is to undergo surgery on his Achilles tendon. He will therefore be unavailable for the last two league games of the season.
