Interviewed by Sportitalia, AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi has declared about 27 year old defender Thiago Silva: "We have not changed our mind, because there was not the intention to sell him, but some extraordinary offers from PSG. They have offered us 46 millions, we have taken a look to the center forwards available but we haven't found anything interesting, so my heart has told me to refuse such offer".
