Interviewed by Bild, Bayer Leverkusen Sports Director Rudi Voeller has declared about the transfer rumours concerning Lars Bender and André Schuerrle: "It's not a difficult decision for us. We think that we can obtain better results by keeping them. There are no substitutes to certain players. If they are unhappy? They have a strong temper. It's normal that they are temptes by clubs like Bayern and Chelsea, but I told them that in the future they will receive even better offers".
