LIGA - Celta Vigo setting sights on Ezequiel Ponce

Proficiently playing for Spartak Moscow since summer 2019, 24-year old Argentinian winger and forward Ezequiel Ponce, according to Spanish local source La Voz de Galicia, has been targeted by Celta Vigo.
Suitable both as a striker and as a wide forward, Newell's Old Boys alumni is equipped with a dual Spanish citizenship, and has been playing in European football six years long by now. Already experiencing Spanish football back in 2016/17, fending for Granada back then, Ponce, brought into the Old Continent by AS Roma first, used to play for Lille and AEK Athens as well. Currently on a deal with Russian club until June 2024, he's worth 7 million euros at the time, give or take, more than twice the sum Spartak purchased him by.
