Anyone looking at the current Premier League table will find familiar names at the top. Liverpool FC are in first place with 14 points after six games, behind them Manchester City, Chelsea FC and Manchester United share the top positions with equal points.

Immediately afterwards, in sixth place, Brighton & Hove Albion, the gray mouse of the league, is already lurking. However, the Seagulls have played one game less and could storm to the top of the table tonight with a win against rivals Crystal Palace. In the fourth year after promotion, the club from southern England mixes up the league.

Four wins from five games, including successes against the hard-to-play Brentford FC and premier class contenders Leicester City, the team of head coach Graham Potter could bring in. Last season the club needed a whopping 21 games for the brand. Not surprisingly, this is the best start to the season for the club, which is notoriously threatened with relegation. The team shines above all as a collective, but can show off some great talent.
Second division professional right in the middle

Pascal Groß symbolizes the surprising success of the Seagulls. Born in Mannheim, he has been playing for Brighton since 2017 and knows how to determine his team's game from midfield like no other. Since the 30-year-old has played in England, only Kevin De Bruyne has been involved in more big chances or hits. In the current season, the former Ingolstadt professional already has two assists after three league games on the clock.

In addition, Yves Bissouma, the self-proclaimed best midfielder in the Premier League, cleans up and works for the big guy, who is more technically than physically blessed. Behind them, the defensive association has absorbed the 60 million sale of Ben White to Arsenal FC and, together with Liverpool, is the third best defense.
