ATALANTA planning to keep Russian playmaker MIRANCHUK in

Playing for Atalanta since early September, Russian international attacking midfielder Aleksey Miranchuk (25), according to latest Italian news, is definitely meant to stay put, in spite of inquiries crumbling over him from all around Europe. Signed from Lokomotiv Moscow about eight months and a half ago, on a 14.5 million euros transfer fee, Spartak Moscow alumni collected a big amount of 28 caps throughout current season, scoring a grand total of seven goals, including a Champions League one.

Currently on a deal with Serie A sensations until June 2024, the 1995-born playmaker was previously inquired about by a whole bunch of prominent European clubs, including Arsenal, Juventus, Napoli, and Olympique de Marseille. Earning a 1.5 million euros annual salary at the time, Miranchuk is to date due to keep on playing for Bergamo-based club, at least one season longer.
