16:07 CEST - Cagliari Calcio is pleased to announce that it has acquired the right to sports performance of Martín Cáceres: the Uruguayan footballer has signed a contract that will bind him to the Rossoblu Club until 30 June 2022. Born in Montevideo on 7 April 1987, he began his career among professionals in Defensor Sporting, the team of his hometown, in which he played from 2005 to 2007. At the age of twenty he moved to Spain to initially wear the jersey of Recreativo Huelva (36 matches and 3 goals) and then, in the following season, that of Barcelona: here he will take the field 23 times, giving his contribution to the conquest of the "treble", Champions League, Liga and King's Cup.
