According to Florence-based local source Corriere Fiorentino, Fiorentina newly appointed manager, Gennaro Gattuso, is keen on both Sassuolo frontline players Domenico Berardi and Jeremie Boga.

The former (in the pic on the left), turning 27 on August 1st, signed by Juventus many years ago, though never having even been into Bianconeri ranks for a summer camp, built a prominent Serie A career for himself from Neroverdi "underdog" arrays. Likely to be part of Euro 2021 Italian expedition, Berardi, currently on a deal with Sassuolo until June 2024, and previously approached by Inter Milan and Lazio, might go for a change indeed. The 1994-born, viable as a winger, a second striker, and an attacking midfielder, is roughly worth 35 million euros right now.

The 24-year old French-Ivorian wide forward has instead been due for a move out nearly two years long by now. While Gattuso had already tried to bring him into Napoli ranks, Boga, a Chelsea alumni, is still tracked by clubs all around Europe, including Atalanta, Borussia Dortmund, Stade Rennais (which he used to play for, back in 2015/16), Olympique de Marseille, Olympique Lyonnais, and Spartak Moscow.
