Napoli, Croatian Toma Basic first option for the midfield

As reported by Italian newspaper La Repubblica, Napoli are actively looking at option to replace Tiemoue Bakayoko, who was on loan from Chelsea and doesn't seem likely to return to the azzurri, either on a second loan or a permanent deal, after his recent performances for the club were sub-par, far off from what he had done at A.C. Milan three years ago.

According to the report, the name at the top of the list would be that of Croatian Toma Basic, who is currently at Bordeaux, but the Neapolitans would like a loan, while les girondins starting asking price is 10M Euros. If a deal is not reached, then another option for Napoli would be Sampdoria midfielder Morten Thorsby.
