PREMIER - Wolves confirm Hwang on permenant deal
Wolves have exercised the option to sign Hee Chan Hwang on a permanent deal on 1 July 2022 following the conclusion of his loan.
The winger - celebrating his 26th birthday today - is currently five months into a season-long loan at Molineux, but having agreed personal terms before his arrival last summer, Wolves have now activated a clause to make his move from RB Leipzig permanent later this year, on a deal until 2026.
Although he is currently recovering from an injury which has put him out of action for the past month.
Hee Chan Hwang is pleased to have secured his future at Wolves for the next four years and now wants to keeping scoring goals for the club.
He told the club's official website: “I’m very happy to be here at Wolves until 2026. I feel very happy to play for a team with a really good manager and great teammates. They have helped me with many things since I came here, and because of this, I have been able to focus just on me and my football and have been able to do my things well. I want to say thank you to them because they have helped me to try my best".
