Liverpool and Manchester United are monitoring Rochdale teenager Luke Matheson following his fairy-tale debut, reports the Daily Mail. The 15-year-old made his first team bow for Rochdale as a 13th-minute substitute in their 2-1 Checkatrade Trophy win over local rivals Bury on Tuesday. If becoming the club's youngest ever debutant wasn’t enough, the schoolboy turned in a man of the match performance.
