PSV young star BERGWIJN's father: "No club showed up for him, so far"

09.10.2018 17.16 by Claudio Colla  read 683

Soon to be making his Dutch full-side NT debut, PSV Eindhoven star winger Steven Bergwijn, who just turned 21, has recently been linked to both Inter Milan and AC Milan. To this end, Italian site FcInterNews.it asked his father, Steven Bergwijn Sr., about the 1997-born future: "Actually, no club showed up for my son, including Inter Milan, as far as I know. Anyway, we are not trying to leave PSV at all. Besides, if PSV ever tried to sign him over, it would be when season's over, not halfway. Steven's very grateful to the club for what they did for him, and he's on a long-term with PSV, until June 2022".
