Interviewed by Swiss broadcast RTS, PSG and French NT star winger/forward Kylian Mbappé stated: "The 180 million euros paid for trading me are a shame, especially from the point of view of a low-income family, such as the one I come from. Anyway, that's how things go in football, right now. And I'm not the one who's gonna turn around the system. You are part of the system, and you need to learn how to go with it. Ballon d'Or? That would be an honour. However, I don't want to be someone else's replica, I just want to be a part of football history by being myself, simple as that. I know it sounds too self-confident, and I know modesty is a big man's trait".
