Interviewed by UK press agency Reuters, Watford winger Gerard Deulofeu talked about both his past and his future: "Manchester City? Of course I'd like to join such a club. I like their winger a lot. De Bruyne, Sané, Sterling, Mahrez, those boys are like me playing style-wise. Guardiola was my first main-side trainer. I was very young when I was under him at Barcelona, and I was loaned out mid-season, but I'm really grateful for the chances he gave me then. So why not? I'll give my best effort to this end, though I'm focused on doing my job at Watford. I'm happy to have chosen Hornets, because playing steadily is my priority".
