PSG runner MEUNIER turns down PL giants

In spite of what was seemingly going on, Belgian international right-back Thomas Meunier (27), according to Daily Express, has just turned down both Arsenal and Manchester United, and is now planning to stay put with PSG. Playing for French giants since 2016/17, former Club Brugge runner would plunge headlong into deal extension talks.
