BARCELONA FC - New plan for NEYMAR

According to Sport Bild, Barcelona FC management, willing to bring Brazilian international winger/forward Neymar (27) back, suggested PSG to pick three out of the following four players, as a conjoined bargaining chip: Philippe Coutinho, Ousmane Dembelé, Samuel Umtiti, and Nelson Semedo. French giants are quite unlikely though, to accept letting Neymar leave on no entrance cash.
