According to RMC Sport, Chelsea have just turned down AS Monaco, on the latter's attempt to bring French defensive midfielder Tiemoué Bakayoko (25) back. Blues top brass aren't deeming Ligue 1 side enough of a context to make former AC Milan player shine again, being ruled out from European Cups, due to their very poor 2018/19. Still on a deal with Chelsea until June 2022, Bakayoko has been inquired about by Galatasaray as well.
