Interviewed by RMC Sport, French international striker Olivier Giroud (turning 33 on September 30), playing for Chelsea  since February 2018, and still on a deal with Blues until June 2020, stated: "Moving to MLS, and ending my career there? That would be interesting. Even for my family, since they are native English language speakers. I don't know when, but I'd definitely be open to that kind of challenge".
