LIVERPOOL boss KLOPP: "We couldn't afford bringing Coutinho back"

Interviewed by Sport Bild, Liverpool boss and CL defending champions Jurgen Klopp, asked about the chance for Reds to bring Philippe Coutinho back, stated: "He's an awesome player. We didn't want to let him go, back in 2018, but Barça rich bid forced us to. I think he might a good fit, and a terrific addition, for both Bayern Munich and Bundesliga. Maybe it will look odd, but last summer we really couldn't afford bringing him back. Anyway, I hope Borussia Dortmund can be back winning Bundes. If it's only Bayern, it gets boring. But Dortmund aren't the only great team in the league this season, anything can happen".
